2006 911 Carrera S Club Coupe
Another special one for the PCA

The 911 Club Coupe was a rare and distinctive model created in a limited run of just 50 units to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Porsche Club of America. Each car was finished in Azurro California, a nod to Azure Blue on 356s, and featured stainless doorsills with the “911 Club Coupe” logo along with a numbered badge on the driver’s side door trim. Notably, the Club Coupe was the first 997 to feature the X51 Powerkit, boosting the 3.8-liter flat-six from 355 to 381 horsepower, offering both performance and prestige in a collector-worthy package.
This 2006 911 Carrera S Club Coupe was number 20 of the 50 built and showed 59,600 miles on the odometer. Despite the mileage, the car looked to be in very nice condition with minimal wear and plenty of service history. Definitely well cared for, but thoroughly enjoyed, by its previous owners.
Of the handful of 997 Club Coupes we’ve seen over the years, our Spotlight car has the highest mileage. Like most 911s, the Club Coupe peaked at the end of 2022 with examples selling north of $100,000, even with some mileage. Our Spotlight car was last seen at auction in December 2018 when it hammered at $72,000 with 55k on the clock, and it looks like it rode the wave up, even though it’s settled a bit, as it sold at a final bid of $90,000.
