2007 911 GT3

997 GT3s continue to ride the wave upwards

The Porsche 997 GT3 marked a significant evolution over the 996 GT3 it replaced, brining advancements in power, handling and refinement. Its renowned “Mezger” flat-six engine received a boost in power, delivering 415 horsepower and a higher rev limit, enhancing performance across the RPM range. Porsche upgraded the brakes with larger discs and the chassis and suspension were enhanced with PASM and the introduction of electronic stability control (ESC), making it more accessible without losing the raw edge that defined the GT3 from the beginning.

This 2007 911 GT3 was finished in Carrara White over a Black leather interior and showed 19,602 miles on the odometer. Options included Sport Chono Package, Bi-Xenon headlights, an Aluminum foot rest, leather Sport steering wheel, and more. Overall, the car looked to be in very good condition with plenty of detailed images in the gallery along with even paint meter readings, a DME report, and plenty of service history. A very nice well-cared-for example with a very responsive seller.

997.1 GT3 prices have continued their climb with average prices going from $114,000 in November of last year to almost $122,000 today. Comps in the 20k-mile range are a bit spread out, ranging from $96,500 to $165,000, with our Spotlight car selling a bit above the split at a final bid of $140,000. A solid result for a very nice example, and a fair deal.
