2008 911 GT3
Almost a new high despite miles and mods

Unveiled in February 2006, Porsche’s 997.1 GT3 marked a significant evolution in Porsche’s track-focused lineup. Powered by a naturally aspirated 3.6-liter flat-six producing 415 horsepower, it was the first GT3 to feature Porsche's adaptive PASM suspension, allowing for electronically adjustable damping. Officially capable of 0-60 mph in 4.1 seconds, Road & Track shaved that down to 3.8 seconds in testing, while Walter Röhrl lapped the Nürburgring Nordschleife in 7:42.
This 2008 911 GT3 came finished in Arctic Silver Metallic over a Dark Gray interior and showed just 14,500 miles on the odometer. It came optioned from the factory with Natural Leather, PCM w/Navigation, Chromo Package Plus, and $2,565 in Exclusive Options for an original MSRP of $125,300. Not from the factory were a GT3 RS Flywheel, Shark Werks carback exhaust, PCCB brakes, and Yellow seat belts. A great looking example with some nice mods and lots service history.
997.1 GT3s have been on a steady climb over the last few years going from an average of ~$112k in March of 2022 to sit at around $126,000 today. The five-year high for the model was set all the way back in early 2022 by a 6,000-mile example that sold for $196,000. And while this one didn’t come close, it’s final bid of $171,000 was good enough for the number two spot and even bested a few lower-mileage examples we’ve seen recently. Well sold.
