2015 911 Carrera S Coupe 7-Speed

Once a new high, how did this C2S do a second time around?

Launched in 2012, the seventh generation of the 911 moved from pure sports car to more of a luxurious sports car as the new 991 was not just more powerful, but also physically bigger than the 997 that it replaced. But despite being bigger, the new 911 was about 100 lbs lighter thanks to Porsche’s use of aluminum for much of the car.

This 2015 911 Carrera S Coupe 7-Speed was finished in Jet Black Metallic over an Agate Gray leather interior and showed 16,000 miles on the odometer. It came well-optioned from the factory with 20” SportTechno wheels, Sport Chrono Package, Sport Exhaust, and more for an original MSRP of $123,910. The car is presented in very nice condition with plenty of pictures in the gallery including paint meter readings and plenty of service history. A very nice example, and one that we’ve seen before.

The last time we saw this car was in September of 2021 when it sold at a final bid of $90,991 with 15,000 miles on the odometer. Back then, the sale was a new high, but was short-lived as a 7,000-mile example eclipsed it three days later. Since then, 991.1 Carrera S Coupes have barely depreciated, with the average price only losing a few thousand dollars over the last two years. That being said, it’s not surprising that this one only lost a few grand, as it sold at a final bid of $86,500, which is a new twelve month high. Solid sale, but based on history, I expect this to be beaten in three days. 😆
