2015 Porsche 911 Carrera S Coupe
A classic color combination and low mileage goes a long way
Introduced in 2011, Porsche’s 991 was a big step up from the 997 it replaced as the longer body and wheelbase dictated a a more tilted-back windscreen and slightly lower body for a flatter, more sporty look. Other changes to the 991 included a new 7-speed manual gearbox and a more refined, and roomier interior. While some may say the 911 got softer with this generation, I thoroughly enjoyed a recent drive in a 991 Carrera S similar to today’s Spotlight car.
This 2015 911 Carrera S Coupe is finished in Guards Red over a Luxor Beige leather interior and shows 18,000 miles on the odometer. Options include Porsche’s PDK gearbox, Power Sport Seats, Premium Package Plus, BOSE, and more for an original MSRP of $118,930.
The Guards Red paint appears to be in good condition with some minor chips noted on the front end and a chip repair on the windshield. The Luxor Beige leather shows normal wear consistent with the mileage and age and the car has been regular maintained with annual visits to Porsche. Overall, a great example in a classic color combination.
PDK-equipped 991.1 Carrera S Coupes have shown only a slight decline since a bump in the summer of 2022 with average prices going from a high of $70,000 in July 2022 to just over $65k today. At 18,000 miles, it is the lowest mileage example we’ve seen come through auction in the past twelve months. While it sold at an above average price of $78,600, it’s not the highest price paid over that period. With that said, I’d have to say this 991 Carrera S was a fair deal.
