2018 911 Carrera T 7-Speed

Is Porsche's driver-focused non-GT 911 in the midst of another dip?

Porsche brought back the “T” trim level for the 2018 model year as their driver-focus, non-GT 911. With lighter weight thanks to less sound insulation and a simplified interior without rear seats, performance enhancements standard such as shorter gear ratios, lower ride height, and dynamic engine mounts, and a 7-speed manual transmission, the 991.2 Carrera T hit the nail on the head producing an excellent sports car.

This 2018 911 Carrera T 7-Speed is finished in Guards Red over a Carrera T interior package featuring Black leather and Sport-Tex and shows just 5,000 miles on the odometer. It was lightly optioned with Front Axle lift, PDLS headlights, and has had its rear seats optioned back in. The car appears to be in good condition with a DME report included in the gallery, but missing paint meter readings and service records other than those provided in the CarFax vehicle history report.

The 991.2 Carrera T market saw a small bump in 2022 when average prices peaked at $107,000 with a handful of cars selling around $118,000. Since then, the market has softened to an average of $100k with cars selling just above or just below over the last twelve months. Our Spotlight car sold at a final bid of $90,500, making it the lowest price paid for a T in the US in the last five years. Today, this one looks well bought, but this could be the start of further softening in the market. Only time will tell.
