2018 911 GT3
You can chalk it up to a rising 991.2 GT market

Making its debut at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show, Porsche’s 991.2 GT3 featured a 4.0-liter flat-six producing 500 horsepower and 339 lb-ft of torque, and with a 9,000 RPM redline, it boasted one of the highest revving production engines at the time. The engine was derived from the GT3 Cup race car and engineered for improved durability over its predecessor, the 991.1 GT3, which was famous for its issues. Other advancements included revised aerodynamics for increased downforce without adding drag and real-wheel steering for enhanced stability at high speeds. A big jump from the car it replaced.
This Chalk over Black 2018 911 GT3 showed 14,000 miles on the odometer and came equipped from the factory with a PDK transmission, PCCB brakes, Front Axle Lift, Sport Chrono, Carbon Buckets, and more. The car looked to be very clean from the numerous pictures provided in the gallery and was consistently serviced by Porsche Centers throughout its life. Overall, a very clean and well maintained example in a great color.
Over the past twelve months, PDK GT3 prices have gone from an average of $184,000 to sit at $166,000 today. Recent comps include $164,000 for a 13,000-mile example in November followed by $169,000 for a 19,000-mile example in December. Our Spotlight car sold at a final bid of $177,000, setting a new twelve-month high for examples over 12k miles. Well sold, but it looks like the market might be coming back up.
