2022 911 Carrera GTS Coupe
How will the market react to the GTS going hybrid?
Although still a few years (and tens of thousands of dollars) away, I’m starting to wonder where the floor will be for 911 GTS values now that Porsche has gone the hybrid route for the 992.2 model. Of all the model lines, I think the 991.1 will be the one to have as it was the last normally aspirated GTS before the switch to a turbocharged powertrain, but the 992.1 might follow suit as it is the final non-hybrid. Only time will tell.
This 3,100-mile 2022 911 Carrera GTS Coupe is one such turbocharged example. Finished in Jet Black Metallic over a GTS Interior Package in Carmine Red, it features a number of options such as Front Axle Lift, Matte Carbon interior bits, Premium Package, and more for an original MSRP of $165,340. This one-owner example presents in very nice condition overall with regular maintenance and a clean CarFax.
The GTS Coupe market has held fairly steady over last few years but has recently started to dip with a number of sales well below the $167,000 average. Our Spotlight car joined those lower sales at a final bid of $146,222, which will probably look well sold over the coming months as these are now definitely depreciating like pre-owned Porsches previously did. Still, it will be a few years before I’m writing about the floor on these.
