2023 718 Cayman GTS 4.0

What's the "enthusiast" non-GT 718 doing these days?

For model year 2021, Porsche brought back the naturally-aspirated flat-six to the 718 lineup with a 4.0-liter engine offered on the GTS model range replacing the previous turbocharged four. Enthusiasts rejoiced as the engine offered a distinctive sound and exhilarating driving experience with the high-revving power plant.

This 2023 718 Cayman GTS 4.0 is finished in Shark Blue over a Black leather interior and shows 14,000 miles on the odometer. It features Porsche’s 7-speed PDK gearbox along with Adaptive Sport Seats Plus, Navigation, and Premium Package for an original MSRP of $108,260.

The Shark Blue paint appears to be in decent condition with minor wear on the front bumper cover shown in the gallery. On the inside, the car features painted Shark Blue accents and presents in very nice condition. According to the CarFax, the car has been consistently maintained and is free and clear of any accidents or other negative history. A nice example in a great color for sure.

The market for PDK-equipped GTS 4.0s has softened by about $5,000 over the last twelve months with the last example on offer selling in May of this year. Our Spotlight car, with 14k miles, is the highest mileage example to be offered over this period and failed to sell at a final bid of $92,000. With previous sales of cars with less than 10,000 miles in that range, I’d say this was right where it should have been given comps.
