2023 911 Sport Classic

Finally, a launch spec Sport Classic for those of us getting tired of PTS

As the latest from Porsche's Heritage Design Strategy, the 992 Sport Classic blended iconic design elements from the '60s and '70s with modern performance. While the original Sport Classic was based on the Carrera S, the 2023 Sport Classic was built upon the 911 Turbo S and featured a ducktail spoiler, a double-bubble roof, and Fuchs-style wheels. Limited to just 1,250 units worldwide, the Sport Classic became an instant classic upon release.

This 2023 911 Sport Classic came finished in the launch specification of Sport Grey Metallic with Heritage Design graphics over a Heritage Design interior crafted by Porsche’s Exclusive Manufaktur department in Classic Cognac leather with Pepita cloth upholstery. Showing just 672 miles on the odometer, other options included Power Steering Plus, Burmester Sound, and Aluminum Pedals for an original MSRP of $281,990.

More often than not, Sport Classics over the last twelve months have been finished in other color combinations than the launch spec, which imo, looks quite good. With that being said, average prices have varied between $460-560,000 over the course due to quite a few PTS cars thrown in the mix. Our Spotlight car sold at a final bid of $430,000 in PCARMARKET’s Deal Tank shortly after achieving a final bid of $422,161. While not the lowest price we’ve seen overall, it is the lowest we’ve seen for a car with under 1,000 miles. Maybe a little softening for these in the near future.
