Porsche 992 GT3 Price Update
Good Morning! Yes, we’re a little GT3 heavy today but the GT cars carried us over the $1m mark as we head into the weekend. Speaking of the weekend, I hope your weather is better than ours and you can get out and drive.

Not only did we surpass $1m thanks to a handful of GT3s and Turbos, but the Porsche-nerd in me is loving that our dollar volume ended in a model code. If you’re reading this, I’m sure you can relate.

SPOTLIGHT
The landscape around 991.2 GT3s has changed quite a bit in the last year. 12-13 months ago it was a rarity to see a car below $200,000. This year, only one car, painted in PTS Mexico Blue, has crossed over that $200k mark, and just barely at $201,000.
Our Spotlight car, the 2018 911 GT3 6-Speed pictured above may not be a paint-to-sample car, but its list of options definitely puts it on the higher end of the GT3 MSRP scale. The car is equipped with full buckets, PCCBs, a front-axle lift system, carbon fiber interior package, extended leather, and so much more. Plus with only 9,000 miles, it’s on the lower end of the mileage spectrum.
But even with all of the options, the lower miles, excellently executed listing with lots of pictures, and paint meter readings, the car only managed to bring $180,000. Luckily for the high bidder, that was above the seller’s reserve price and they were able to pick up a very nice car at a discount to the market last year. Well bought for sure.
