Porsche Cayenne S Transsyberia Price Update
Good Morning! Interesting day yesterday. 100% of Porsches offered on Cars & Bids sold while 0% of Porsches offered on PCARMARKET sold. And Bring a Trailer? Well, that gave us our average sell-through rate for the day at 55%.

THE MARKET
Sell-Through Rate: 55%
Market Volume ($): $869,260
Market Volume (Units): 20
Although our sell-through rate was less than spectacular yesterday, our dollar volume was helped by the sale of two $200k+ Turbos. We did however lose out on half a million dollars in GT3s though.

SPOTLIGHT
If you’ve been reading the Stuttgart Market Letter for a while now you know we love a good 957 Cayenne S Transsyberia, and this 2010 example finished in Black with Orange decals and wheels is one of the best we’ve seen cross the online auction block in the last five years.
The Cayenne S Transsyberia was a special-edition model built to celebrate Porsche’s victories in the Transsyberia Rally. 600 were initially planned for production, but only 285 were produced, making this a very limited SUV. It is powered by the GTS’ 405hp engine and features a worked transmission with a shortened final drive.
Our Spotlight car has only 12,000 miles making it the lowest mileage example we’ve seen for sale, but it is missing a few items that would make it even more attractive. It does not have the Offroad Technology Package or the standard 6-speed manual transmission, but the latter is no surprise as only 3 were produced and we’ve seen two sell in the last year.
Even without the manual transmission or Offroad Technology Package, this Transsyberia set a new record at $82,010, topping the previous $70,500 set by a 6-speed version last month. Even at this price, to have such a limited-production Porsche with the lowest mileage we’ve seen is a steal in my book. Well bought by the new owner as I’m sure these will increase in value as collectors catch on.
