Another Sub-$100k 911 Carrera T

It appears that those who specced their Carrera Ts with the T-only options that make this model so desirable seem to be holding on to their cars as this 13,000-mile 2019 example is void of Buckets and rear-wheel steering, and features a sunroof and rear seats… everything a Carrera T wasn’t supposed to be just like our previously Spotlighted example. The only difference, this car has a 7-speed manual as opposed to the previous car’s PDK.

The Carrera T was positioned as the “driver’s” base 911 Carrera as the standard car did not have a manual transmission as an option, it could only be had in PDK. So one would think that this car, specced similarly to a standard Carrera with its rear seats, sunroof, and power-adjustable adaptive sport seats would perhaps sell for a bit of a premium over a PDK car as this was the only way to row gears in a base 911, but that wasn’t the case.

Our Spotlight car sold yesterday on Bring a Trailer for $95,500, $2,500 less than the Silver PDK a few weeks back. Yes, it has more miles, but only 4,000 more. It appears that the market for Carrera T’s lusts after those Sport Bucket seats and all of the other accoutrements that make for a lightweight and pure driving experience, and if they are lacking, then don’t expect to see north of $100,000. Well bought if the winning bidder was looking for the “luxuries” of a base Carrera but the enjoyment of a manual. But if you’re a T seller looking to get all the money, make sure your car has the right options ticked.
